Up'n'Away's Mail Vaccine product identifies spam from suspected senders of unsolicited mail, and filters spam from these addresses reaching your inbox. There are a wide variety of rules used to do filter SPAM. Some are changed via human interaction, others done by special 'self learning' algorithms used by our servers. How much does it cost to add the filter to my account? Currently the filter costs $1.75/mth per mail box. Yes we have always had a less effective "free" filter for spam, but the hit rate is around 30%.
